My name is Graham Wardle, I am 51 years old and I live in Shrewsbury UK. I have arthritis in my right knee culminating from when I broke it when I was 20. I have difficulty with pain when kneeling for long periods, not easy for an Electrician!! As a short term solution I use knee pads but this is hardly ideal. I have decided to set up this information service to share my findings and tips to help others discover a long term answer from painful arthritis.
